No, we do not offer medication management.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Madison Counseling Associates will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

The cost of counseling services at Madison Counseling Associates varies depending on the type of service you need. It also depends on which provider you are scheduled with. With each provider being independent, they each have different pricing.  Please contact us directly to discuss their fees. 

The first session is called a "Diagnostic Interview". During this session, the clinician engages with you to explore your presenting problem, current situation, and background. 

Each clinician accepts different insurances. Call the office to see if your desired clinician takes your insurance! We DO NOT accept Medicaid insurance.

Yes, this varies per clinician.  We require 24-hour notice by phone or email to your provider for cancellations. Failure to cancel without 24-hour notice will result in a late cancel or no-show fee.
